So, you may know. We’ve been dating long distance between Lexington (Blazer) and Raleigh (Antje) for about a year. Here are some highlights from the journey.

We met through mutual friends, who got us to exchange numbers.

Then, our first time meeting up was in Nashville, TN.

 

Then after a while longer of being in touch by phone we started dating.

Which meant we did a lot of this:

Fast forward a few months…

… to the following December, when we took a little trip to Germany.

 

 

 

After spending time with friends and family, we then took train to Berlin for a quick trip two day get-away.

 

We were both in Berlin for the first time, so we did a lot of this:

And found ourselves in the middle of two worlds that had – miraculously – come back to together.

 

Our last stop for the day was the Berlin Wall Memorial Park, in the north of the city. It’s a beautiful place with remnants of the wall still preserved…

This park is also home to the Church of Reconciliation, where we got engaged!!!!!!
