We’re Registered…

We’ve gone through the lists and checked them twice to see what we might still need to set up our new household! What an exciting time to starting thinking and dreaming together.

For your convenience, here are the three places we’ve registered:

William-Sonoma (Go to registry here)

Bed, Bath & Beyond (Go to registry here)

Amazon.com (Go to registry here)

We’re getting tons of event details nailed down and look forward to sharing those with you soon!

With Love,

Save the Dates – you don’t need to RSVP till later…

Dear Friends, you recently may have received something like this in the mail….

Screen Shot 2015-03-19 at 10.53.45 AM

We’re excited about this wedding & party planning process and hope that you’ll be able to come celebrate with us!

You may have noticed our small note on the back, asking you to let us know if you can’t make it.

We’ve had a few people ask us about that. So we just wanted to explain…

Basically, if you got our card and your response was: “Hey! I actually just booked my flight to Shanghai that weekend!”  OR “Awwww, I’m getting married that weekend, too!” – then let us know. Everybody else, you don’t need to decide anytime soon 😀

Invitations (and official RSVPs) to follow!

We’ve set a date!

Friends, we’ve set a date for our wedding!

After getting engaged, we had some major decisions to make. Before long we had narrowed it down: Sometime this year, somewhere in the US… which, as you know, was actually a big decision for us!

Since then we’ve been dreaming up some fun ideas for our wedding day celebration.

Farm-Barn-1

Here’s us scouting out venue options, despite the wintry weather on the Farm. (Martha, Magda, Peter, Blazer)

We’ve decided to have the wedding on September 26, 2015,  at Blazer’s family’s farm in Georgetown, KY, just 30 minutes north of Lexington.

It’s a beautiful place of rolling hills and views that go on for miles. It’s called Edgehill Farm.

Here and there barns dot the landscape. A delightful creek runs through the fields. Cattle and horses graze of in the distance.

If you want a preview, there’s always google:

I’m so excited to have everyone gather here and enjoy a refreshing day with family and friends.

Can’t wait show you around!
